Aerial Yoga, Prop Yoga & Rope Yoga

In 2022, we launched three exciting new yoga programs: Aerial Yoga, Prop Yoga, and Rope Yoga. These innovative additions brought fresh and unique experiences to our yoga offerings, allowing our participants to explore different dimensions of their practice. Aerial Yoga involves performing yoga postures suspended in silk hammocks, Prop Yoga incorporates various props to enhance alignment and deepen stretches, while Rope Yoga utilizes specialized ropes to assist in achieving challenging poses and improving flexibility. These additions marked a significant expansion of our yoga curriculum, providing our community with a diverse range of options to enhance their physical and mental well-being.


Wall Bar and Pilates as Yoga

In 2023, we are thrilled to introduce two new advanced yoga styles to our repertoire: Wall Bar Yoga and Pilates as Yoga. What should I wear to yoga class?

What should I eat before and during classes?

To optimize your yoga practice, it's advisable to ensure your stomach is empty during your session. This means having a full meal at least 3.5 hours before, enjoying breakfast or supper a minimum of 2 hours before, and consuming water or liquids about 30 minutes prior to your class.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Certainly, you are required to bring your own yoga mat. If you register, you can store your yoga mat with your identification mark in the cupboard in the classroom.

What is your policy on late arrivals or missed classes?

If you arrive late to a class, please enter quietly to minimize disruption. As for missed classes, we offer makeup class options for those who are unable to attend, subject to our makeup class policy. Please inquire at the studio for more details.
